Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkflowPilot AI (the "Service"), operated by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WorkflowPilot AI is a SaaS project and task management platform that provides AI-powered task organization, workflow automation, team collaboration, time tracking, analytics, and integration capabilities. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or unlawful material

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ARJ DYNAMICS LLC. You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARJ DYNAMICS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
