1. Subscription Plans

WorkflowPilot AI offers tiered subscription plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($29/month or $24/month billed annually), and Enterprise ($99/month or $89/month billed annually). Plan features, limits, and pricing are detailed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

2. Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise tiers) are billed in advance on a recurring basis:

  • Monthly billing: Charged on the same calendar day each month. If your subscription starts on the 15th, subsequent charges occur on the 15th of each month.
  • Annual billing: Charged once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
  • Auto-renewal: All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing page. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Your account will downgrade to the Free tier at the end of the billing period
  • Pro-rated refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations (except as covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy for first billing cycles)

4. Plan Changes (Upgrades/Downgrades)

Upgrades: When upgrading from a lower to higher tier, the change is effective immediately. You are charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current billing period, and the new rate applies from the next cycle.

Downgrades: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain current-tier features until that date.

5. Free Trials

The Pro plan offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required upfront. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the Pro monthly plan and charged the standard monthly rate.

6. Payment Methods and Failed Payments

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH (Enterprise only). If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. After 3 failed attempts over a 7-day period, your subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. You will receive at least 30 days advance notice before any price change takes effect on your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
