1. Money-Back Guarantee

WorkflowPilot AI, operated by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first billing cycle for new Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost. No refund applies — it is already free. You may stop using the Free tier at any time without any financial obligation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Request must be submitted within 14 days of the first paid subscription payment
• Applies only to the first billing cycle (not subsequent renewals)
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Applies to monthly and annual subscriptions equally for the initial billing period

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Renewal payments beyond the first billing cycle
• Mid-cycle cancellations (except within the initial 14-day guarantee period)
• Downgrades from a paid plan to a lower tier (the change takes effect at period end)
• Partial months or unused portions of a billing period
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@workflowpilotai.co with:

• Your account email address
• The reason for your refund request (feedback helps us improve)
• Your preferred contact method for follow-up

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days and will confirm by email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access to your current plan features until the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier.
