Built by ARJ DYNAMICS LLC, it combines Kanban boards, task lists, timeline views, automation, and analytics into one intelligent workspace.

The Free plan is forever free and includes up to 5 projects, 10 AI assists per month, Kanban and List views, basic task templates, 500MB of file storage, email support, and team collaboration for up to 3 members. No credit card is required to get started.

Yes! The Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you get full access to all Pro features including unlimited projects, 100 AI assists, all views, workflow automation, advanced analytics, and the integrations hub. No credit card is required upfront, and you will not be charged unless you decide to continue after the trial ends.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your Billing page. When upgrading, you gain immediate access to the higher-tier features and are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. We also offer a retention discount if you decide to stay.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact support@workflowpilotai.co within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Free tier has no refund as it is free. Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable unless required by law.

Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers can opt for single-tenant dedicated infrastructure for additional isolation. We also offer data residency options in the US, EU, and APAC regions.
